Unemployed, nearly broke and deeply in the closet, Cody desperately needs some direction in his life.  Then he meets Wayne - by chance - who seems to have it all together.

Coming out is something Cody never thought he’d do.  Living in a small town with a deeply religious mother makes him believe he’ll be alone forever.  Wayne, although surrounded by a loving and supportive family, aches for the feeling of true love.

They embark on an adventurous journey together - to Nashville, New Orleans and Dallas - which gives Cody the opportunity he’s needed to figure out who he is and who he wants to be.  Wayne sees in Cody the chance for a deeply meaningful relationship – but only if he can find the courage to come out.

Can Wayne inspire Cody to come out?  Can Cody fill the void in Wayne’s life?  Are the obstacles too great or will love win in the end?

Cody comes from abject poverty and Michael comes from extraordinary wealth. What they have in common is being shunned and abused by their families for being gay. Through completely different circumstances, they both arrive in the same, rural Georgia town and when they meet, the attraction is instant and strong. While meeting some wonderful people who are loving and supportive, they also face bigotry, homophobia and hate. As the attacks on them get more intense, Michael and Cody rely more heavily on each other (and their support circle). Each new assault serves only to strengthen and deepen their relationship.

In the midst of this storm of violence, they are forced to confront their families and resolve the issues that remain. Refusing to back down, they present themselves to their families as a loving couple, only to be rejected once again. Meanwhile, an unknown perpetrator escalates his attacks on their home, Michael’s business and even their very lives.

With the help of their friends and a Sheriff committed to ending the violence, what could have been a life-ending altercation results in the capture of the culprit. Feeling a renewed sense of freedom and safety, Michael and Cody make a Christmastime visit to Michael’s college friends. Choosing to build a future in a new city, surrounded by people they generally care about, Michael and Cody finally get to experience their better days.

Alexander is a handsome prince with strong feelings for Nicholas, the head of his Knights. Knowing that he must one day marry and produce heirs, Alexander is aware that his relationship with Nicholas must end. When Elian, a powerful and talented warlock arrives at the castle and immediately captures Nicholas’ attention, Alexander is rife with jealousy. Nicholas’ interest in Elian is immediate and intense. As the Kingdom comes under a massive attack, Nicholas and Elian grow closer but Alexander must fight his jealousy because he needs both Nicholas and Elian to fight invading armies. Although desperate to keep Micholas for himself, Alexander quickly sees that Elian and his powerful magic are the keys to saving the Kingdom. Elian wants desperately to help save the Kingdom but the advancing armies require stronger and stronger magic to defeat, which takes a bigger and bigger toll on his health. Will Alexander ask for more magic than Elian can handle? Will Elian have the strength to save the Kingdom? Will Nicholas choose the Kingdom over his love for Elian?
